100oth day wif ling.... 1000 days already!!!!!!!
I almost couldnt celebrate that special day cos there was a last minute workshop I had to attend. Worse still, the workshop i attended was like one of the module I had taken last yr. GRRRRRR.............Anyway, ling consoled me and he went down to yishun. From there, we went to Mad Jack Cafe!!!!!!!!!!!! Surprisingly it was located super near my JC at Bukit Timah. The price is cheap and the fd is not bad. The fd is not to scream for but it is not bad.
I ordered chicken with orange sauce. The chicken tasted a bit bland... but the sauce was ok. The mushroom rice tasted like butter rice.
Ling ordered the steak. It is super value for money cos the portion is huge and the meat is tender.
The one thing that blew me away was the Spicy and Cheese Fries!!! The fries are thick and crispy topped wif cheese and mayonaise. GOODNESS!!!! the best cheese fries i have ever had. The portion is generous too!
Then we decided to relax relax at Esplanade and go to Marina Square to have our fondue when ling remembered the open air show for P. Ramlee movies at the national museum. So, we decided to go to have a look there.
The show was Madu Tiga and it was super hilarious lah!!! So, we sat down on the ground. I sat down on the papers given out during the workshop. I had no choice. Either I use the workshop handouts or my kids' homework for me to sit down on.
It was an interesting experience. Since most of the viewers were Malays, most of the pple juz sit down and chill. None of them stood up. I really liked the atmosphere. They shud haf more of this more often.
I had a nice night wif ling but we din get to eat fondue cos the show ended at 9.30pm liddat. Too late to haf chocolate. we were full also.
1001th Day
The next day, we get to eat our fondue at Andersen's. YUMMY!!!!
I was 'shiok-ing'..... I was wearing baju kurung cos we juz came back from my cousin's wedding. My dad invited ling so ling had to go also.
The price has increased ah... AFter getting 10% discount aka free service, it was like $21 plus plus... but i tink it is worth it ah. got 5 scoops of ice cream, lots of fruits. I love dipping the cookies into the chocolate....
I love ling. I love each day of the 1000 days we haf been together.

pple are askin me, how's my class and so on.. very nice of dem i guess... but i tink they're like waiting for me to complain and whine but honestly, i dun haf anything much to complain actually. worse still, sometimes i feel the urge to make a mountain out of a molehill jus to satisfy my listeners. if i say everything's fine, they'd tink i m yaya papaya.
right now, i m building a very thin wall juz enough for me to be in my own little world, far from politics.
right now, i tink everyone's nice. although i was kinda bitchy to one. klah, it was a guy. i love bullying guys. i dunno y it is like a part of me to bully guys. i muz haf been bullied by a boy or sth when i was young such that i end up bullying dem. haha! it's highly possible cos i m very defensive when guys are around, like i haf to protect myself. kinda partly explain y i was only attached at 17 and not younger.

FAIZ WEDDING!!!
The much awaited day has finally arrived. This fren of ours is the first one to get married in our group. So, of cos excited lah...
Baya and ama came to my house b4 going off for the wedding to play daidee. heee.....
Play daidee until everything ITCHES. scratch lah... scratch...By the way, the daisies at the back are real daisies. Hehe...

Oh yah, Far's bf kindly chauffered us tonight. From woodlands, he drove baya back to shunfu. den, ama to changi airport, ling to pasir ris for his bbq and den back to yishun. NICE RIGHT?? he said he had the mood to drive tonight. I think he has lots of money too cos i we used up a lot of petrol. khekhe......
The BIMZ have chop and stamped him aka ACCEPTED him. somehow, i tink it is very impt to get our BFs to get into our frens' good books and i tink far's bf passed the test despite my perception of pple of his profession. no offence, i love to generalise but i tot those guys are the quiet types who loves to preach. Haha! cos my encounters wif a few of them seemed that way. Hehe.... sorrie...
Oklah, going to sleep already. Tmr meet ling. AGAIN. This week, I meet him everyday since Wednesday. Crazy right? But u noe wat? I still get excited to meet him. Love u ling... going to be 1000 soon.

CHEAP DIGITAL PERM/JAPANESE PERM/not sure wat other perm
Went to JB today *grinz* to get my hair done. My hair has become so dry and non-curly and looked super duper ugly and brown, copper colourish (yah, my hair is very brown not bcos of dye or i'm born wif it but bcos it is damaged)
I went to FOX Hair at City Square JB for my digital perm cos it is super duper cheap. In total, I spent RM265 only!!! Sounds expensive? let me tell u wat that cost included:
1. Digital perm
2. Wash and Cut
3. Protein Hair Treatment
4. Styling
5. Hair Serum to repair damaged hair (RM35 and optional)
Bez of all, the price applies to ANY hair length. So of cos I got the bez bargain cos another shop said it would be RM340 for a perm cos my hair is super long. Hehe....
The whole process was about 4 1/2hrs long!!! I m not kidding!!!! cos they had to cut my hair, do hair treatment and stuff. in the meantime, ling went to watch THE HAPPENING, which, according to him, NOTHING HAPPENED. So, it wasnt happening lah...Haha!! luckily he only paid RM6 for it. yes!! today is movie day. so, almost all movies were at RM6 regardless ofthe show's timing. We went to watch KUNGFU PANDA after my hair was done and it was super duper funny lah!!! Worth my RM6. Hahah!!
Anyway, my 4 1/2hrs wasnt for nothing. I m very pleased with the outcome of my hair. I have quite a number of ways to style it but i tink the auntie there kinda damage my hair again cos she hair dried my hair for like 25mins??? I dunno, cos my hair doesnt feel that soft but i have made a resolution to go for hair treatment once every 2 or 3 months. It would cost me RM138 for one hair treatment but it is cheaper if i get a package of cos. Hehe...
I pity ling cos he'd haf a high-maintenance wife who juz spent S$100 on cosmetics alone which does not include beauty products. khekhe....
Tomorrow i haf to start work already. SIGHZZZZ.... y cant money juz fall from the sky for me??

So I went on shopping spree since i got my pay yesterday and already spent $200 on clothes, shoes and bag. khekhe.... but out of all the things that i haf bought, i juz HAVE to show u my super bez buy.
It's from Carlo Rino!! I know pple like far would be like wondering, "Eh, I tot this girl said she will not buy branded stuff??"
Well, firstly, I dun find Carlo Rino that branded. Even Ling said that if he were a girl, he'd buy things from Prada, Chanel. Luckily he's not a girl. Anyway, secondly, I din even noe it was Carlo Rino when I wanted to buy itlah... cos the price is like onli $50 andhe bag doesnt scream Carlo Rino like most branded bags. But I have never bought a handbag for more than $40 u see. Yah, I m cheapo. But I totally love the design!!! Very old-school vintage-ish. Now, I m trying to find matching shoes for it. Hehe....
And.. i took this pic wif the help of my new cammie. I cant possibly miss the chance of not buying anything during PC show right.. especially when my bf is a geek.... so i bought...
YEAY!!! It was only $429!!!! pluz the usual free gifts. I bought this cammie for the OBVIOUS reason. For u guys who dunno me, I lurrrrrrve pink. especially hot pink!!
Well, for those techno geeks out there, u muz be thinking dat it is not worth my money buying this thing cos it is not a good cammie to take pictures wif during night time, its touch screen is very leceh and blah blah right? Ling was rooting for me to buy the Cannon one which was sold at the same price with better functions and quality but the Cannon pink one is like light pink. My opinion is dat, if u wan to haf pink, make sure u go all the way and haf HOT PINK. pale pink juz look sickly.
so, wif a geeky bf, i m sure he really cant tahan his gf buying sth that is not as good as another techno product. khekhe... guys are about functionality. As for me, i m shallow. if it looks good, i juz buy. Hehe..
Best of all, i can claim $400 from my employer. Therefore, I actually onli pay $29 for the camera. HAH!!! I wonder wat I m gonna do with the $400 i will get next year to buy IT stuffs. hehehe...

Today went to karaoke wif Ama and Baya!!! Yeay!!!
I feel so happie for dem cos Baya received Second Lower and Ama received Second Upper. They took Chemical Engineering mind you. Ilda also received Second Upper for Biological Sciences! I feel so happie that the bimbos are doing well. Alhamdullilah....

Ilda was the Sporty one. Ama was the Mother of Bimbos and Baya was somewhere between Bitchy and Bimbo, mebe she's a Bimchy. Hehe... Klah, i m still a bimbo especially when it comes to directions. A few of my frens in nie also called me a Bim at times. However, we seriously dun try to act blur, we juz cant help ourselves. We also dun try to act all gurly, we juz cant help ourselves. HAHAH!!

Difficult to find jc pics of us wif her wearin tudung.Anyway, karaoke was fun except for someone who had to leave early cos someone's partner came at 4pm when he noes that we will end at 5pm, the earliest. i tink he was hoping that by turning up earlier, his gf would leave earlier for him but he was wrong cos me and the other girl haf this policy that "u dun ditch ur gfs for ur bfs". That's a NONO. so, dat guy had to wait for my fren until 5pm lor... We were not pleased to see that our close fren had to leave earlier than us. I noe y she wanted to meet her bf, cos they were separated for 2 weeks. i understand all this lovey-dovey business but i already told her that i m only free like today and friday cos after dat i m busy wif work already and she can meet her bf anytime wat.... also, it's not like i ask her to stay until 7pm.... sighz... mebe the two other bimz are sick of each other cos they were together for 2 weeks in korea. HAHA!!
i m glad that ling understands me. he has two interviews today. The first one, was at 11.30am to 1230pm and the other, at 2pm at somerset and alexandra respectively. unfortunately, the one at alexandra was postponed to 6pm. i told ling to go home but he did not want to cos of the cost of transport and waste of energy. I apologised to him that I cant accompany him cos I am meeting the Bimz. Den he asked if he could join us, unfortunately I said 'no' cos Baya wun like it. We haf this common understanding that there are times when 'spouses' are not welcome, most of the time that is. Luckily, ling was very understanding and so he walked around, sitting at Takashimaya fountain, looking at people passing by (more like cuci mata, i think) until his fren meet up wif him at 3pm. So ling spent 3 hours by himself outside but some guys ah, u make them wait for 30mins and they cant tahan already. HAIYOH.....
Anyway, honestly, i was quite disappointed wif someone's bf lah... Yah, I m the bitchy one. I m very frank but i dun tell things straight to the person, hoping that they'll get the news somehow. But she's still one of my favouritest person, juz dat, hopefully, she understands my feelings. Gfs are not disposable beings.

Today i went to watch CONGKAK with ling. I m super duper happie cos i get to watch a horror show. i love horror shows even though i always close my eyes during the "best" parts. khekhe... i m super duper happie cos i m deprived of ghost stories cos ling dun like them. he's a bit scared of ghost shows u see...
anyway, i feel that it is better than JANGAN PANDANG BELAKANG cos i laughed less. i agree with rozi dat they try to scare the audience with its sound effects but i haf to say that about 60% of the sound effects used were either inappropriate, doesn't make sense in e story or not at the right time. For example, opening the door in japanese ghost stories is usually the 'creaking sound' but in this show, the sound was more like 'GEDENG!!!!' or the fact that the granny makes a crying sound for no rhyme or reason. u get wat i mean....
i dunno if i regret going wif ling cos he always had to spoil the mood for me when watching horror shows. he likes cracking lame jokes especially during ghost shows cos he said that it is his way of overcoming wif his fear. while watching the show, i guess in his head he kept thinking how to make spoofs out of the movie juz like in the 'SCARY MOVIE' movies.
den, thruout the show i had to keep saying 'not funny' to make him stop laughing. i was also not allowed to hug him juz in case i squeezed him and make him terperanjat. i feel that it is better if i go wif my girlfrens so that we can scream together but unfortunately, i dunno many girls who watch these kind of shows.

Today me and ling went to celebrate at swensen's at changi airport!!! went to terminal 3 to check out the place. unfortunately, there's nothing much there and northpoint seemed more interesting. HAHAH!
I've spent the $50 my mum gave on both of us. Yah, i kinda haf to gif my ling a treat cos i got more class than him. khekhekhe......
thruout the whole day, we shared jokes abt our parents and their reactions towards our achievements. cos our parents are not updated wif today's examination system, they were our joke topics lah...
like ling's mum thought that getting second class means he actually got second in class!!! and the way she tot my pay would be 5k a mth juz cos i got first class. and my dad kept calling me and asking if i was sure that the results were mine and asked if i checked got my ic number there. HAHAHAH!!! my dad even asked me if i went to skool to check my results. he tot it is like last time system where u haf to check teh noticeboard in skool to look at ur results.

So me and ling got our results today. Klah, ling checked his results last night after 12am.
Surprisingly, ling got SECOND UPPER honours!!!! now, he can like work almost anywhere and get higher pay!!!!!!!!!!! YEAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so happy for him cos his extra pay will e like my money cos i told him behind every successful man is a woman. Hehehe....
AND confirmed that my ling is a COMPUTER GEEK!!!!!!!!
As for me, I felt so frustrated cos I tried accessing my results last night and I couldnt. This morning when I accidentally woke up at 450am, I still couldnt access my results. It is like super duper frustratring u noe.
Now, I finally checked my results. And...
I got a freaking 1st class honours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now, I noe how to haf tears of joy. I had a couple of tears when I read my results.
When I told my dad that I got my results, he asked a typical malay question, "Pass or not?".
I said: "I got first class."
My dad: "Oh. So you got receive gold medal?"
WAD??!!!! he tot first class honours like not good like dat. Haha.... I haf no idea how to get gold medal also.
I m like super duper happie for both of us.... My dad said if Berita Harian were to interview me, I haf to get ready wat to say. Like WAD???!!!! hahahaha!!! i mean, there is a possibility but i dun really berangan but now that he mentioned it, mebe I shud drag ling along cos not many malays get second class upper also.

I AM DATING A GEEK.
I spent the whole day today watching the whole season 5 of Beauty and the Geek. I often wonder y they dun haf the Singapore version like The Bachelor. Anyway, in this show one geek really caught my eye since the first episode. His name is Tommy. It's bcos, surprisingly, he reminded me so much of ling! Klah, Tommy is also super cute! In a geeky way. Hehe...
He is like ling, Very tall..... He is also funny, like ling...

Cute right! They labelled him as the 'sweater vest enthusiast' and ling badly wants a sweater vest!! Ling is still complaining abt me not letting him buy a sweater vest at Tebrau. But that vest really sucked!! Now that I see Tommy wears them, mebe it's nice after all. hehe....
Ling is also a geek bcos he likes to tok abt computer stuffs which sumtimes I haf no idea wat he is talking abt. Today, he tried explaining to me wat RSS Feeders are. or is it RSS Readers? I still dun get it even though it is his second time trying to explain it to me. The thing is, I major in Physics and Chemistry but I dun really tok things as atoms. Hehe...
Ling is also a geek cos he likes to read about stuffs. He can watch Discovery Channel for the whole day. He reads newspapers. So, he noes a lot of stuffs. Yup, geek.
